Kate Worden MLA: Member for Sanderson announced $21 m for housing in the Territory. Venture Housing will be provided $4 m in capital funds to develop additional homes in Palmerston and Katherine, and $3 m to administer a private rental subsidy scheme for key workers across the NT.

Venture is committed to delivering social and economic outcomes for the Territory and affordable housing is critical to making this happen. Too many Territorians are finding themselves at risk of homelessness and struggling to make ends meet. We believe that this much needed investment from the Government will have a really big impact and make a difference in people’s lives” Karen Walsh, CEO Venture
