Expression of Interest: Tenant Satisfaction Survey Services

Venture Housing is seeking an independent consultant or research agency to design, deliver, and analyze our 2026 Tenant Satisfaction Survey, covering more than 550 tenancies across Darwin, Palmerston, Katherine, and Tennant Creek.

We're looking for a provider who can bring a culturally safe, accessible approach to engaging our diverse tenant community, and help us build a clear baseline to guide future service improvements.
