This handbook has been developed to provide our tenants with a wide range of general information about their tenancy with Venture Housing, as well as external emergency contacts.
Venture uses the Console Cloud application to manage its tenancies and to log, assign and monitor maintenance requests for our homes to make the process as efficient as possible for our tenants and owners.
Upon commencement of your lease, your Tenancy and Engagement Officer will advise you on how to access the Console Tenant app to report a repair in your home. Please watch the video below to learn more about the app and how to use it.
