Roland Chin

Roland Chin, Audit & Risk Committee Chair

As a proud 3rd generation Territorian, Roland has spent his entire professional life as an accountant and business advisor in public practice based in Darwin. He was a former Partner of KPMG Darwin until his retirement in December 2018 and he continues in public practice as a principal providing business advisory and tax agent services. Roland was invited by the Board to join the Audit and Risk Committee on 28 March 2019 and was appointed as Chair on 27 May 2020. Learn more

Venture Housing works closely with all levels of Government, private developers, other housing providers and non-Government organisations that provide other services including seniors, disability and mental health support to give our tenants assistance and access to homes they can be proud of. 
We also contribute to Australian and Northern Territory housing policy to ensure the needs and voices of affordable housing tenants are heard. 

Strong collaborative partnerships enable Venture to advocate for and deliver best practice Affordable Housing solutions. Venture is one of only two approved NRAS providers in the Northern Territory.
